・当技術で改善できる見込みがないもの（サンプル提示なしでギブアップ）。
・提示いただいた予算内で対応できない難易度・作業工数を持つ依頼。
・無料サンプルがそのまま完成品となる短いデータ（サンプル提示なしでお見積）
・聞き放題サービスを含む購入ができる著作権保護されたの音楽・動画データおよびそのコピーデータ
・依頼者に関連のない第三者による盗み撮りや恐喝等、犯罪転用が想定される内容。
・盗聴行為に該当する2時間以上の長時間音源。（弁護士仲介・監修の依頼は可）
・収録内容の事実をねじまげる意図的な編集作業。（裁判、係争トラブル内容の場合）
・芸能人の盗み撮り等、肖像権およびプライバシー侵害にあたると想定されるデータ。

※ 恐喝等、犯罪転用防止のため、ボイスレコーダー等の会話録音物の場合、所属先や住所及び電話番号の開示をお願いしております。内容によっては警察に通報させていただきます。
※トライアルを承った後でも上記ポリシー違反が確認・想定できた時点で、一方的にサービス停止させていただくことがございます。
無償サンプルを提供後、採用の可否連絡を放棄し音信不通になった場合、ブラックリスト登録となり、以後、問い合わせ対応を含む一切のサービスをお断りします。
